All aboard for a trip back in time
Sumpter Valley Railroad is Oregon’s only narrow-gauge, steam-powered railroad.
Safety is our number one priority for our volunteers, visitors, and neighbors. During moderate to high fire danger in the area, we may pull our excursion trains with a diesel locomotive, instead of our steam engines.
